At Etonic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition before sealing the box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund or replacement.
